Crispy Pork Sandwich 

Served on a toasted hoagie roll filled with crispy pork belly, Cucumber, cilantro, mint, green onion, pickled shallots and tossed with our house made fish sauce vinaigrette and aioli.
Then topped off with a little lemon balm from our friends @girdwoods_freshmicrogreens 

Of course, this epic thing needs our chili oil, and we HIGHLY recommend it on top 👌

Hand-made Shu Mai stuffed with garlic, ginger, sesame, spices and served with sautéed bok choy, house made broth, egg, green onion and our house fermented black bean chili sauce 

We are also excited to add another menu item later this week that we know you will be drooling over! 🤫🫣

To place your order, please go to the link in our Bio. Pre orders are LIVE NOW and will be open all week! 

Pick-ups will be Thursay (4/6) and Friday (4/7) just in time for Easter 🐣 
**You will be able to pick up your pre-orders both days at your convenience anytime between 2pm-8pm

We really enjoy making these tamales so you can fill your fridge or freezer and have a little Familia anytime 😊

Great for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Truly a crowd pleaser, and our daughter Mila really loves these for a quick meal.

Made with slow roasted smokey pork, ham, melty smoked provolone and swiss, crisp dill pickles, pickled shallots, pickled mustard seeds, cilantro, and our tangy housemade chipotle mustard sauce.

Our veggie version will have all the fixins' and made with smokey portobello and roasted zucchini

We know you have been patiently waiting for us to announce our menu, and this one is worth the wait! 

We have been missing Hawaii desperately and decided it was time to fly in some gorgeous kanpachi from @hawaiiankanpachi company located on Big Island, Hawaii. We filet these beautiful fish ourselves and will be serving it the following ways: 

RICE BOWLS 
Served with your choice of: 

Torched Kanpachi Sashimi (pictured) 

Woodfired Miso and Sake Kanpachi

Miso Garlic Kanpachi Poke ***available Friday****

Marinated and Woodfired Tofu 

All served over rice and topped with pickled daikon, shaved purple and green daikon, kimchi cucumber, edamame, avocado, nori, green onion and micro radish greens. Finished with our housemade smokey ponzu. 

Top it off with either our chili oil or our housemade Hawaiian Chili sauce 😋

We will have 3 versions, and we will have a VERY limited amount, so don't miss out!!

Served with woodfired english muffins,  sautéed spinach, king crab, poached eggs, housemade hollandaise, and Masago 

Classy Benny 
Served with woofired english muffins, roasted tomato, seared ham, poached eggs, and housemade hollandaise 

Veggie Benny 
Served with woodfired english muffins, roasted tomato, sautéed spinach, poached eggs, and housemade hollandaise

Chili oil is recommended but optional 🙃
